      The Flash II has got to be one of the coolest knives we've ever seen.

      Forget its wicked-quick blade access, that it handles like a race car on rails, or that it locks up like Alcatraz.

      It just looks and feels extraordinary.

      The Flash family of knives feature SOG Assisted Technology™ (S.A.T.), which employs a powerful piston lock that is easily released with a sliding button.

      The Flash I (Partially Serrated) comes standard with glass-reinforced nylon (GRN) handle and 1/2 serrated, Satin finished blade.

      All Flash knives come standard with SOG's patent pending, reversible bayonet mounted clip that ensures the lowest, most discreet carry possible.

      We also had the foresight to incorporate an additional safety lock that gives added security when the blade is closed.

      I now swear by SOG. Quality knives that never dissapoint, they do not break and parts do not become loose. Make sure you check blade length on flash I and II as there is a "TiNi" version that isnt alwayse in the title.

      I've had my Flash 1 about 6 yrs. I am a retired Sheriff Patrol Corporal as of August 2015. I have a number of knives and this is my favorite. Always sharp and easy to carry. The assisted release is smooth and the lock firm.
