I'm sure this book would be enjoyable for children, however, I wasn't a big fan of it. The structure of the book seemed haphazard whether it be the sequence of the information about trees given, or the layout of pictures vs. words. I feel it'd be difficult for a child to stay on task reading this...

I was very surprised with this book. There were terms about trees that I learned in my biology class. This isn't a book that read to a lower grade because I don't think they would be able to comprehend it.

A great Nonfiction book to teach children about apples a different way. It goes into great detail about how the tree even produces apples. Its very informational, and children can learn a lot from it.
