I love this product, but the only thing I hated was how it was shipped. In plastic bags, all smash boxes is not good. Walmart better do a better job on this.

I like this flavor better then the apple crisp version. Only thing the Psyllium gets stuck to your teeth so you need plenty of water standing by as you eat the cookie. But it tastes good and super easy to get your daily dose of fiber.
