The only thing it doesn't have is a screw on top. It's a Pushin, so if you grab it by the top it comes off. You just have to make sure you grab it by the handles.

We bought this to brine turkeys for our smoker. It is PERFECT!!! We just had an 18 lb. turkey in it with no problem. We bought the brine bags also and we put 2 bags lining the cooler so we can still use the cooler for drinks if needed. We throw in some ice and the turkey stays cold for 12-20 hour...
