I like that it is individual wrapped so it will not be stuck to one another. The chew is a little chalky but easy to get used to. The flavor is good so it makes it easy to take 2 every day. I've finished 2 bottles and will continue to take them.

I love the ingredient combination in this. I give to my child because kids multivitamins dont have enough variety of minerals. I couldnt find the kid version so I bought adult version and just give 1 instead of 2. Texture is very hard to chew like a Starburst candy. My kid likes it though.
