This is a nice product that holds a lot. I have all my bands on it with all machine attachment and a ez curl bar hanging from it. The sturdiness is great and the holes to screw it in are 16” apart, like most studded walls. It makes it easy to hang!! Wish they made an even wider one though.

UPDATE - 11/17/2020 - The BEAST certainly fills the bill! I used the smaller Omega for smaller items. Just make sure to order BEAST if you want to hang Olympic bars. A power drill was used to install this on the wall of my husband's dojo. It's sturdy, and what you get is exactly what is advertised. I suggest using a leveler to make sure it's straight. Would buy again! Pictures are before-and-after state of the dojo.
