Iam not big on pills especially huge ones like these, but taking them with a cup of hot tea helps alot and make it easier for me to swallow. I have had no bad reactions to these pills and like that they're good for the heart and flaxseed is also good for digestive issues.

These are fine the are big capsuls and sweet to taste, and easy to slide down the throat. I have no problem with these. I however don5 take them as recommend which is 3 times a day I take them randomly 1 per day whenever I remember, so I haven't really gotten the full benefit of them.
