Could not maintain my interest. I usually prefer books that are told in the first person - like this one - and I love the southern voice in literature...but this narrator never managed to make me care about what was going to happen to her. All characters lack depth and the story feels contrived. ...

I enjoyed this book, and found it to be a fast summer read. I liked the characters and their development and found myself rooting for them, as well as wishing a horrible death on others. [ha] I recommend it.
