Cook eggs so far and with a little butter in the pan, egg slides out easily. Plan on puchasing a 10" or 11" for pancakes.

I have cooked my eggs 3-4 time now. Never sticks. Don't overheat the pan. Use a small ammount of butter or spray first.

This pan does exactly as I hoped--!! I do believe I'll order the two more sizes.--Have had many fry pans during my 50 years, but this pan really "takes the cake"--(so to speak)----
