got this for my wife for Christmas . opened the box and the power adaptor is missing

used it twice then it stopped working. won't turn on but when I push the other buttons lights come on..but it won't turn on. very disappointing gives the company a bad name...will return.

OK when it worked although only massages right in the middle of the mat. Broke after used twice. Will return and get something better.

The heat is nice, but the massage function is horrible!! It is incredibly loud and all it does is vibrate! I used it for a few minutes and my teeth are still vibrating!! There is nothing relaxing about this mat. Will be returning.

It's says its a Pulsating, Rolling, and Tapping but it does none of the above! All it does is vibrate in different variations and patterns! Money not well spent! Already initiating a return for refund!!!
