I use this in taco soup and it makes the soup sooooo good! You can taste the mix just enough to know its there! Don't buy the generic brand. They don't have a good flavor and the powder is chunky.

My husband uses Hidden Valley ranch powder to make ranch dip with sour cream. It's delicious and great with vegetables and chips. We won't use any other brand.

I love ranch but only if I make it from the packet. I recommend adding buttermilk and mayonnaise with the packet for classic diner tasting ranch. Its a staple on my grocery list.
