Sweet but not too sweet! Full of flavor and makes my salads and veggies I dip into it a pleasure to consume!!! Worth it to hunt it down! Naturally, if you do not prefer a sweet perfection, then this is not likely to please you. but if you lean to the sweet-side of the Force... give it a go!!!
