I regularly buy Kashi TLC cookies, good for healthy snack or breakfast. It took me a long time to find a healthy (and high in protein too) and filling snack bar/cookie that is not so sweet, I'm so glad that there's Kashi. Other brands are too sweet, too much sugar!

I love that these are so healthy. I bought these for my mother who seemed to be going through a dietary transformation from processed products to more organic and healthy foods. She loved it.

best price I could find on these great cookies. Bought a dozen boxes. Came back for more. They are soft, a little crumbly, and you can bite down on fibrous bits of oats and flask.

These taste good! But there are only 8 cookies in the package. I eat one a day and hope it helps with my breast milk flow.
