This is my top favorite vinegar. From Italy, it has the balsamic flavor while white and not messing up your tablecloth or eek spilling on your clothing. I don't use any salad dressing. I just chop up some fresh veggies, salt lightly and sprinkle on this vinegar. Delicious!!!
