This product is from Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill. Perhaps you have seen his cooking show on PBS. Enchilada sauce has great flavor and consistency, and the package is the perfect size for most needs.

Restaurant quality. Thicker consistency, true smoky chile flavor, dark red color. (Previously used canned enchilada sauce which tasted like chefboyardee…bleach.) Will only use this Frontera sauce or homemade from now on.
