This is my 4th Linda Howard book. I enjoyed it alot. Good suspense and the main characters were fun and refreshingly honest. I will be on the look out for other books from her.

I love books about strong women...reading the back cover that's what it sounds like this book is about and she is. The whole story just conspires against her...good story though!!

I liked this story but it was kind of slow going with too much character background, lots of mental speculation and event analysis but the ending was exciting for both romance and action. Butler Sarah catches burglars and detective Cahill comes to investigate.a
