Well seasoned, thick, not starchy. Add any number of things to enhance it, grated carrots, grated zucchini, saute' some diced onion and diced bell pepper, add tomato sauce, puree, chopped/diced, extra garlic or herbs to taste. Simmer on low for 20-30 minutes for homemade taste.
