This is a plus to any sauce you might put on it. I like to add a few small chunks of Gorgonzolaa to mine. I like that it's presented in nests.(just like the Old Country) NOW Mr. Colavita please make some spinach and sun dried varieties too.

Your fetttuccine nest pasta is wonderful. Much better than other brands of fettuccine. Our local Walmart supercenter used to carry it but for some time that store has stocked only the angel hair nest pasta (it too is wonderful). I have looked elsewhere in this area for your fettuccine nest pasta....

I purchased 13 bags of pasta (8 different shapes) because they all taste great and because they are packaged in bags. I live in Florida - I don't like pasta in boxes because on a number of my purchases - the pasta had bugs in the box.
