I will never buy from this company again. I didn't get what I expected the customer service was not helpful and didn't do anything to fix the mistakes. For what I paid I could have gotten at Walmart for half the price.

Fine print details cups substituted if original's out of Inventory. But! Honestly people, you are paying for printed plates. No one would pay for White " Napkins, Cups" and plain black plastic table cover. I ordered through Walmart @ reasonable price "Same Company" they need to do better!

It is very important that we receive what is shown in the picture since that is how a purchase is decided. I noticed that another customer received white cups instead of the black ones with a cat face on it and so did I. It is important that a themed party pack be what is shown.
