in my opinion it gives a tingling and works nicely but i don't see a dramatic difference or a big one within my first use but if you want your lips to be plump but not too plump i suggest this but i would also recommend that l'oréal uses a stronger ingredient for the plumping.

Don't get me started on the fact it came UNSEALED AND OPEN on top of this it was also yellow inside and I don't know how or what but it's just nasty and they won't even let me process a return so there goes 10 bucks down the drain. A scam if anything %26 I want my refund !!! . If I could give 0 P...
