I think that this is the second Mo Willems book I have appointed five stars to. I think Mo Willems does a very good job of capturing his readers by talking directly to them in his books. This is humorous and definitely a book I'd keep around if you're planning on being a parent.

I like the mice. There is something about a book teaching children to pee that distracts them from the "message" with cute mice offering encouragement. The words and images are simple and to the point. No pressure, just pee.

My daughter and I are huge Mo Willems fans. This is a great book to introduce to your child before, during and after potty training. My daughter requests it over and over again. Plus, she will even quote the book ("1-2-3 p..!") while going to the bathroom.

This book just makes me laugh, especially when my 4-yr-old "reads" it to me. I can't say it has, in any way, helped my 2-yr-old son with potty training; but he has been asking for it every night. Both my kids love it.
