This makes a fast and east French soup for lunch or dinner. We also use it when cooking a roast or making French dip sandwiches. Great product. Sometimes it seems saltier than others, so don't add additional salt. I only wish I could find it in my local Walmart.

I discovered it at Walmart when looking for a soup to doctor up , after having French bistro soup that day at a cafe . This one needs no doctoring, follow the easy directions and you will be super happy.

A friend recommended this soup, and I love it. I followed the directions-somewhat. I added a large onion, 13 oz. of beef broth and half a cup of red wine. It is delicious. Also, try grating Swiss cheese on top of the bowl and put under broiler or in microwave till cheese melts.
