OMG, these cubes are amazing. Saves so much time when you have so much to do and don't feel like dealing with fresh garlic. One cube's equal to a clove. I have used it to make sauces, soups, and season meats & veggies. I say always have them if you don't use the real thing that much.

These are so convenient and I actually prefer these than using natural garlic. They have the authentic flavor without all the fuss and mess of chopping real garlic. I use these consistently in most of my cooking. Great product!
