My order shipped via FEDEX and arrived with both ends of the box open. Fortunately, the product was packaged in such a way that all of the pieces were contained in internal boxes. The umbrella was exactly what I was looking for, perfect size and looks really nice. It was very easy to assemble, you'll need to have a least to bags of sand for the base...I got lucky and had some already. I am very pleased with it and will definitely recommend it to others.

One corner of our deck faces West, so a regular umbrella won't give the coverage that this one does. The base/stand is much larger than it appears in the pic, but needs to be to hold up the 11' diameter, with 360 degrees of rotation. Umbrella is great. We had this shipped to the house and the box arrived in a taped up mess with the base pieces broken up. Save yourself some headaches and pick this up st the store!
