Works great making homemade spaghetti sauce.

Aside from great uses in the kitchen, I take a few tablespoons of it daily with olive oil, as a lycopene supplement. It's sweet taste, and great texture make it a pleasure. I find it superior to most name brand canned pastes, and such a good value.
