My doctor recommends eating dark leafy greens every day. When I can't grow my own I buy these. The cans are packed full, have no added salt and are easy to store.

Tastes like mustard greens. Much better than I expected. A bit more bland than fresh, lightly cooked, greens would have been, but not particularly mushy or bad at all. Maybe they could have been cooked a bit less during canning. There was no metallic or overly salty flavor that I could detect. ...

Open the can and drain the liquid, add a TBLS of olive or vegetable oil to a skillet, heat on medium then add the greens. Salt to taste and stir in a TBLS of peanut butter. Continue to stir until peanut butter has melted into the greens. Ready to eat in about 2 minutes.

I like this product and continue to buy it because of the low to no sodium content. Other companies do not can their products in plain water. It's just the healthier cheaper product.
