Easy to use, used a little cooking spray. Actually takes a little more than 1/2 pound to make that size, but who would complain about a bigger burger. The burger maintained it's shape on the grill too.

Excellent size. Sturdy press. Pattie's are uniformly perfect. Cleans up nicely in dish washer.
