This. Stuff. Works!!!!! I do 45 minute spin classes 5 days a week and this really takes the soreness away. I am a 48 year old female and my knees were hurting badly. I drink this right before my class starts or during and I feel NO pain. I would recommend.

This product has a good flavor. I really enjoy it. I feel that it does help give me more energy and not feel so sore afterwards. I am just starting my workout journey so I still feel like my arms and legs want to fall off.. but I can tell a difference when I don't drink it the next day.
