I don't know if it's the fact that they don't put any packing material in the box or if it's poor workmanship but the big planter arrived with the bottom broken. The middle and little planter were fine as they were inside the big one. They put fragile on the box but that is not doing the trick....

so when shipped the box was packaged good stickers on all side fragile no damage, but when I was putting it together , one of the bottoms was chipped , not a big deal dirt is obviously going to be on top , but is just makes me not wants to order things online. the hassle of having to send things ...

I love this planters! They are very stylish and seem durable wood. I put them on my front entrance!
