The packaging was all intact but the earphones were broken, needless to say but my 13 year old son was less than impressed with the "cheap junk." So he borrowed some earphones from his brother but none of the stations stay tuned in..and I don't mean that they fade out; it stops working altogether.

If your lucky you might barely get one station on AM...had to return it a disappointment. If your interested in a pocket radio for under $10 get Memorex gets good reception on AM /FM Memorex MR4240 Portable AM/FM Pocket Radio, Black

Reception is extremely poor. Hard to tune any station reliably. Price is low but it is still not worth it.

I opened the package and the ear bud covers fell off. I put it back together. I placed batteries and turned on and the light came on. The Radio did not work.
