The quinoa really adds to the flavor. This is one of my favorite preparations I've eaten from Uncle Ben's.

Quick and convenient. I have rounded out many meals with this rice and it is delicious. Very good paired with sweet and sour sausage and pineapple dish. Can't beat the convenience of 90 seconds in the microwave.

I have been wanting to eat healthier during lunch. Microwaved some spinach and mixed it with the rice. Very delicous taste. You can get creative and make a quick healthy meal.

I made this for my family 1 night and it was a huge hit. They have requested it several times since and I have made it several times. We have eaten it along with chicken, turkey and fish. I have not found any dish it doesn't complement.
