It's very cheaply made. You can't pick heat or vibration, has to be both at the same time. I don't really mind because I like the vibration. My feet hurt so bad sometimes, it just helps. It doesn't really get hot, just warm, which I'm ok with. I'd recommend buying this when it's at least 75% off,...
