I needed a small wastebasket for a narrow spot between my bathtub and toilet. Perfect. Toe lift makes it convenient, but it also has a lid tab for lifting by hand if wanted.

Wow, one of the best purchases I have made in a long time, it is just best little container for a small bathroom. Especially like the lid on where everyone cannot see my little nasty trash. The container is very useful and well made, would buy another in a heartbeat.

Odd - it's marked 5 liter in the store. Anyway - I use it as a compost can on my kitchen counter. Coffee grounds, strawberry tops... I dump the stuff directly into the removable plastic bin. I used old plastic coffee tubs for years - this is easier to use and much better looking.
