Excellent coconut flakes -- sufficiently moist and consistent without clumps. Easily mixes into batter and for making trail-mix snacks.

I used the GV Sweetened Coconut in The Seven Layer cookies. I found no difference between using the higher priced national brand and the GV Sweetened Coconut. It was a very good product.
