The machine was bought for a mid-sized church. The machine has performed excellent, removing years of packed dirt and stains from the main church sanctuary. Church member have commented on how fresh and renewed the carpet look. I give this machine 5 stars. So far, so great!

Product was pre-assembled, operation instructions were clear. Picked up a lot of dirt, as evidenced by the dirty water. When you use it, make sure it's picking up on the vacuum cycles (as evidenced by seeing water come up into the tank). If it's not, make sure the tanks are installed securely....

I have used this machine only four times, but I am very impressed with its cleaning. The machine is easy to use. It cost a pretty penny but I am happy with my investment. I used bissell cleaning product ( linen) and it had a pleasant smell. The long cord is great.
