The only problem I have with this ear piece is that when putting on my ear. It does come with extra ear pieces to adjust to your inside ear. It is comfortable to wear and the performance is great.

I lost my "special" cable. Why the heck we need a special cable to charge when there is room to put the usb charging port on the headset is beyond me. Had I know this I would not have purchased this one. ugh - love plantronics quality, hate the special cable.
