I bought this for a chicken recipe, to fry wings in the oven with no oil or butter. Other baking powders have aluminum in them, thus have a bad taste. My wings turned out good and crispy!

I was actually a bit disappointed when I first opened the package after receiving this, because it didn't State on the front that it was aluminum free. However when I looked at the ingredients I see it doesn't contain aluminium. Or at least it doesn't LIST aluminum, so I'm assuming it really doe...
