I was in the market for just old fashioned organic oatmeal. Since my store does not carry this I tried the organic steel cut oats. I really liked the size and texture of the steel cut oats. They worked really well with granola and breakfast bar recipes. I will be purchasing this again.

These are better than any of the other brands I've tried. It's just the right texture - not too course, but still enough "nutty" texture to keep it interesting. I add organic raisins & walnuts to along with a hint of cinnamon. I wish they would carry a larger quantity at a lower price per pound. ...
