I've been smoking with Red Alder in the Pacific Northwest for over forty years and your Alder pellets are the real deal. I don't mind using Apple or other fruit but the Alder has always been my go-to smoking wood when it comes to our local Salmon or Beef and yours is as good as any I've found!!
