There seems to be some dispute as to the actual measurement of the 12 AWG stranded copper speaker wire. I measured the conductors and it is in fact 65/30 (65 strands of 30 AWG) measuring .095". That would be 1.75 Ohms/1KF. If the wire was 14 AWG, the equivalent type would be 41/30 measuring .073"...

The sound is completely different since I installed this wire. Volume is much higher and sound is much clearer. Unfortunately, I had so many problems because of this company's outsourcing fraud protection that I may not buy from them again
