This is a nice packaged pair. The journal for me, is a little small, I usually write kind of big and scribble a lot. But, it's a good value.

I have used the journal in the past and it is a great tool to help keep track of foods,carbs.ect.I was a little dissapointed with the carb counter the one from a few years ago was much better but this one is sufficient.
