Great source of protein for diabetics. Very tasty. Excellent at snack time or as a meal when you're not very hungry but should eat.

I ordered Vanilla and Chocolate my favorite is the vanilla, though the chocolate is also good. They are great when your on the go and don't want to take the time to fix a meal, also the 16oz is quite filling and is considered a full meal replacement. Keeps you going for hours.
