We purchased this to refill our single serve bottles in our kid's lunch box, and for long rides. It really beats stopping at a convenience store and paying WAY more, or buying a caffeinated drink.

If you don't know what Gatorade is, I'm not sure what to tell you about it. It is Something Like Kool-Aide for Grown People. Not as Sugary-Sweet as Kool-Ade, and Somewhat Salty. Designed to Replace Electrolites, lost when Sweating from Working Out.

This orange Gatorade is not too sweet. Very good flavor. Sometimes when I get exhausted or sweat, this is a product I like to replenish lost nutrients, as a quick little pick-me-up. Yes it has sugar in it....but it's still healthier than pop.

Good flavor and the minerals stopped my leg cramps. I use it diluted with water (50/50) because it has too much sugar in it. My doctor told me to dilute it. He said a fifty-percent solution of Gatorade is actually the ingredients of Pedialyte, which is far more expensive. So if your doctor recomm...
