My daughter will not go to sleep until 3am unless I give her this. Within 30 minutes she's out and sound asleep. I also love the fact that its completely all natural.

We liked that the flavor is not overpowering. We can mix it with a little milk and my son will drink it with no complaints. I liked that it's alcohol free, unlike some of the other liquid melatonins we've tried.

Great product. Zero issues with my son (5) taking it. He only needs half of the recommended amount. I love that I can control how much he gets compared to giving him a chewable.
