I BOUGHT THIS TO REPLACE AN OLDER LCD T.V AND BOY WHAT A GREAT T.V. THIS REPLACED A SIX YEAR OLD 5000.00 60 INCH THAT STILL WORKED PERFECTLY. THE DETAIL AND CONTRAST IS STUNNING. THE SHADOW DETAIL AND 2D IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A T.V. IN FACT I WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR A SPARE REAL SOON!

I bought another brand of plasma TV last year for another room which I paid twice as much for. I expected that the LG would be my secondary TV but the picture is so much better, I switched the 2 TVs so the LG is my primary TV. Great value, great viewing angles & easy set up, I love it!
