Great taste. Satisfies hunger. High protein. Low calorie. I like the Chocolate. One for breakfast, one for lunch, and then a healthy supper before 7:00pm. Exercise and you will lose weight.

Love that these are low sugar and taste great. I drink one a day as a meal replacement and they have definitely helped me lose most of the 20lbs I gained over the past year.

Delicious chocolate flavor, packed with many vitamins %26 nutrients I need for thyroid health plus protein %26 low sugar. Great for on the go as a breakfast, lunch or snack. My daughter %26 her bf love them too!

This is probably the best tasting coffee flavoured protein shake I have tried. It's not thick like some. Almost tastes like a starbucks frappe. The only thing I don't care for is the packaging but I can deal with that.
