Works as advertised and is very effective. I am tall and slender and am able to sit up and wrap around lower back. Would recommend adding a couple of velcro strips so it can comfortably stay in place.

Great product! The length is wonderful for wrapping around leg or thigh. The covering is very soft and the pad is very flexible. I love using it when the need arises. The only drawback for me is the inability to control length of time it is on.
