The shock levels are WAY too high. I planned to only have to use it for a quick, low level shock, and I ended up with a dog that arrange in pain and terrified she'll get it again.

I'm not a fan of this product. The handheld remote is small and difficult to hold. The collar is not responsive to the remote. It works intermittently. I use another brand I like better. It's simpler and easier to use and more reliable.

It will not hold a charge. Very frustrating. I have turned shock up to 85 and barely fazes my puppy.

After 5 different training collar, this is the best so far. battery last 2 weeks. My German Shepherd is very responsive to the vibration.
