The bike gives many options for tension and exercise programs. Pretty easy to put together; it takes about an hour. So far, I am very happy with my purchase. My friend loves it! On the plus side, it is very quiet.

Probably the most comfortable seat in my house. On a more serious note, the bike is very nice. Easy to put together, easy to operate, kicks my butt! Haven't tried the tablet pairing yet but will soon.
