This is a well made cat scratcher toy. It says scratch level 4 - heavy. It feels well made to me. I like that the toys in the middle not only make a rattling sound, but they don't come out either. They roll back and forth. It also comes with a small bag of catnip. I think the cats will love this!

My kitten likes playing with the balls for a short time. He likes when things are constantly moving and gets bored when the balls are pushed to the side, but he's also a wild little one. The other sides are just the cat scratching material.
